ELECTION - Kerala HC: Nothing Wrong in Sitting MLAs Contesting Elections - 28.03.2019

Kerala High Court has observed the Indian Constitution permits sitting MLAs to contest Lok Sabha elections and the law only prohibits holding two posts.
