EDUCATION - Delhi HC Upholds Circular Asking Schools to Follow Textbooks Prescribed by SCERT/NCERT/CBSE - 28.03.2019

Delhi High Court has dismissed a challenge against the circular issued by Directorate of Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, to all the schools under it, to follow the textbooks prescribed by the SCERT, NCERT and CBSE.
