Delhi HC Asks Kobad Ghandy to File Reply on Plea Seeking Cancellation of His Bail - 02.12.2015

Delhi High Court has asked top Maoist ideologue Kobad Ghandy, accused of trying to set up a base for banned outfit CPI (Maoist), to respond to a plea for cancelling his bail in a case under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
