CRIMINAL - SC Sets Aside Concurrent Conviction in a Rape Case - 27.03.2019

Supreme Court while acquitting a man who faced concurrent conviction in a rape case has noted that prosecutrix was in the habit of making such complaints, and similar complaints she had made against others were later found false.
