CRIMINAL - Delhi HC Refuses to Hear 2G plea Unless all Trees Planted as per its Earlier Order - 27.03.2019

Delhi High Court while refusing to hear 2G plea observed that it will not proceed with the case until the accused, including Swan Telecom's Shahid Usman Balwa, complied with its earlier order and completes a plantation drive.
