CRIMINAL - Delhi HC Upholds Order Against Former Delhi police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar - 22.03.2019

Delhi High Court has ordered a special cell of Delhi Police to register FIRs against former Delhi Police commissioner Neeraj Kumar and former assistant commissioner Vinod Kumar Pandey for allegedly fabricating documents 20 years ago when Kumar was joint director in Central Bureau of Investigation.
