INSOLVENCY - NCLT Allows Fresh Bids for Castex as Liberty Fails to Pay - 19.03.2019

National Company Law Tribunal has allowed fresh bids for Amtek Auto's distressed unit Castex Technologies, with the winning bidder Liberty House failing to pay Rs. 100 crore as the performance bank guarantee for resolution plan.
