Delhi HC Fines Tanwar for Not Replying Election Petition Filed by Him against AAP Legislator - 01.12.2015

Delhi HC has directed BJP functionary Karan Singh Tanwar to pay a fine of Rs 5,000 for failing to respond to an election petition filed by him against AAP legislator Surender Singh, alleging that Singh furnished false information about his educational qualification in a poll affidavit.
