PROPERTY - Delhi HC: Forced and Unannounced Eviction Of Slum Dwellers Contrary To Law - 19.03.2019

Delhi High Court has observed that forced and unannounced eviction of jhuggi dwellers is contrary to law and authorities should ensure that displaced people are immediately rehabilitated.
