CIVIL - SC Sets Aside Life Ban Imposed on Cricketer Sreesanth - 15.03.2019

Supreme Court has partly allowed appeal of cricketer S. Sreesanth and set aside life ban imposed by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on him for indulging in spot-fixing during 2013 Indian Premier League and also directed BCCI to take a fresh decision on quantum of punishment.
