CIVIL - Do CNG Vehicles Cause Air Pollution: Delhi HC Asks State - 15.03.2019

Delhi High Court has asked Delhi Government whether CNG vehicles contribute to the air pollution in national capital, while hearing a PIL claiming that rise in vehicle-generated air pollution in Delhi is due to "non-enforcement and non-implementation" of the 1988 Motor Vehicle Act.
