CIVIL - Marginal Delay in Depositing Court Fees Not a Ground to Refuse Prosecution of Suit: Bombay HC - 14.03.2019

Bombay High Court has held that marginal delay in payment of deposit of court fees cannot be a ground to deprive opportunity to prosecute suit on merits.
