CRIMINAL - J&K HC Shifts Terror Case Against Yasin Malik to Jammu TADA Court - 14.03.2019

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered listing of petition of arrested JKLF chief, Yasin Malik, seeking stay on trials, before a designated TADA court in Jammu in three-decade-old cases of kidnapping of then Union home minister's daughter and killing of IAF personnel.
