CIVIL - Madras HC Orders Arrest of Singaporean Vessels - 14.03.2019

Madras High Court has ordered the arrest of two Singaporean vessels after a compensation plea was moved on behalf of a 21-year-old Indian-origin seaman who died while working on the vessel.
