CIVIL - Why Suggestion Regarding to have CSR Account in Government Hospitals Not Followed: Delhi HC - 14.03.2019

Delhi High Court has asked Centre and Delhi Government why they have not followed its suggestion to have a separate account in hospitals run by them to receive donations from charitable entities or companies under corporate social responsibility (CSR).
