CIVIL - Bombay HC Gives Nod to Cut 14 Mangrove Trees for Building New Flyovers in Bandra - 13.03.2019

Bombay High Court has allowed Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) to remove 14 mangrove trees, paving the way for the construction of two separate arms that will connect the Bandra-Worli Sea Link (BWSL) to the proposed Kalanagar Flyover.
