CRIMINAL - Bhima Koregaon Case: SC Asks Bombay HC to Decide Gautam Navlakha's Plea Within 8 Weeks - 13.03.2019

Supreme Court has asked Bombay High Court to decide on a plea moved by civil liberties activist Gautam Navlakha, seeking to quash the FIR lodged against him in the 2017 Koregaon-Bhima case, within eight weeks.
