CIVIL - SC Warns Haryana on Damage to Aravalli Range - 11.03.2019

Supreme Court has warned Haryana Government that it will be in "trouble" if it will do "anything" with Aravalli hills or forest area by passing amendments to Punjab Land Preservation Act (PLPA), 1900 to allow construction there.
