CRIMINAL - Man can't be Booked for Abetment of Suicide if Suicide is Over Denial to Marry: Bombay HC - 11.03.2019

Bombay High Court has ruled that a man cannot be prosecuted for abetment to suicide if “his girlfriend” kills herself over his refusal to marry her.
