CIVIL - Mere Refusal to Marry is Not Instigation to Commit Suicide: Chhattisgarh HC - 07.03.2019

Patna High Court has observed that right of a female to have child at pre-employment stage can't compel employer to mould terms and conditions of selection process and held that there is no compulsion on Employer to hold separate physical endurance test after candidate delivers child.
