CIVIL - Pregnancy of Candidates Not Reason to Change Selection Rules: Patna HC - 07.03.2019

Patna High Court has observed that right of a female to have child at pre-employment stage can't compel employer to mould terms and conditions of selection process and held that there is no compulsion on Employer to hold separate physical endurance test after candidate delivers child.
