CRIMINAL - Bombay HC Quashes State's Order to Suspend Sentence of 11 Policemen Involved in Fake Encounter - 07.03.2019

Bombay High Court has quashed a Maharashtra Government order suspending conviction of 11 policemen who were awarded life imprisonment for fake encounter of gangster Chhota Rajan’s alleged aide Ramnarayan Gupta in 2006.
