CIVIL - SC Stays Haryana Government’s Move to Permit Construction in Aravali Zone - 05.03.2019

Supreme Court has stayed Haryana Government's decision of amending Punjab Land Preservation Act (LPA) which allows construction in sections of ecologically sensitive Aravalis and asked not to enact the law that opens thousands of acres for construction purpose in Aravali forests.
