CRIMINAL - Compensate Woman for Arrest at Night: Gujarat HC to Govt - 05.03.2019

Gujarat High Court has directed state government to pay Rs. 2,500 to a woman, who was arrested after sunset, for breach of law that stipulates no such arrest can be made at night without sanction of a judicial magistrate.
