CIVIL - Bombay HC Denied Permission to Woman Who Wants to Abort 28-Week-Old Foetus - 05.03.2019

Bombay High Court has rejected a petition filed by a 24-year-old woman seeking permission to terminate her 28-week pregnancy, following report of medical board of JJ Hospital which submitted that condition of foetus does not fulfil the criterion of 'substantial risk'.
