SC to Govt.: Why Shouldn't a Stray Dog Victim be Given Compensation? - 30.11.2015

Supreme Court while concerning over children who were being bitten by stray dogs, has asked Centre why should Government not be directed to pay compensation to people being bitten by stray dogs.
