Interception Order Passed Keeping Terrorism, Legitimate State Interest in Mind: Centre to Supreme Court - 02.03.2019

The Centre said the use of the power to intercept has brought several results in national interest in preventing terrorism, drug trafficking and intercepting and busting narcotic drugs racket.
