DIRECT TAXATION - In Company's Global Deal, Commissions and Not Entire Income is Taxable Domestically: ITAT - 01.03.2019

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, in a case of Fox International, has held that when a company based in India collects commission on a global deal what is taxable domestically is the commission and entire income must not be taxed domestically.
