SC Rejects Tamil Nadu's Plea Seeking Police Custody of Kovan - 30.11.2015

Supreme Court has rejected plea filed by Tamil Nadu Government seeking two-day police custody of folk singer Kovan, who was granted relief by the Madras High Court in a sedition case.
