Punjab and Haryana HC: ITAT Does Not Have Power to Stay Tax Prosecution - 30.11.2015

Punjab and Haryana High Court while deciding a case involving Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., has held that Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) doesn't have power to stay tax prosecutions.
