CRIMINAL - Person Accused U/S 319 CrPC can be Tried for Offence for which All Accused are Tried Together: SC - 28.02.2019

Supreme Court has observed that, though under Section 319 of Code of Criminal Procedure, a person can be added as accused not only for same offence for which accused is tried but for any offence; but that offence shall be such that in respect of which all the accused could be tried together.
