Delhi HC Raps Traffic Police and Asks Why Hide Behind Trees to Challan Violators - 30.11.2015

Delhi High Court has rapped City Traffic Police and asked why traffic police personnel “hide behind trees” to challan traffic violators instead of standing visibly on the road to ensure that violations did not occur.
