COMPANY - IL&FS, Arms can be Declared NPAs Only After Tribunal's Nod: NCLAT - 26.02.2019

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has ruled that accounts of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) and its subsiadaries could not be classifies as non-performing assets (NPAs) without approval from tribunal.
