Madras HC Accepts Compromise in Attempt to Murder Case - 30.11.2015

Madras HC has accepted compromise reached between complainant and accused in attempt to murder case, stating that “No useful purpose would be served in keeping matter pending as chances of witnesses coming in support of prosecution case are very remote.”
