SERVICE - Delhi HC Slams State Government for Delay in Appointment of Notaries - 26.02.2019

Delhi High Court has pulled up Delhi Government for delaying appointment of notaries, saying people were suffering as they were not able to avail of facilities for which notarised affidavits were required.
