CIVIL - SC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Removal of Hindu Rashtra Comments from Meghalaya HC Judgment - 26.02.2019

Supreme Court has issued notice to Registrar of Meghalaya High Court in a petition seeking to expunge comments made in a judgment that India should have been declared a Hindu Rashtra.
