Allahabad HC to Govt.: Frame Rules to Include Divorced Daughter in Family - 30.11.2015

Allahabad HC has ordered Principal Secretary (Law) to take necessary steps within 4 months so that a “divorced daughter” can be included in definition of “family” with respect to rules regarding compassionate appointments in event of death of a government employee while on duty.
