CONTEMPT OF COURT - U'khand HC Issues Showcause Notice for Contempt to CAT Chairman in Sanjiv Chaturvedi Case - 25.02.2019

Uttarakhand High Court has issued a notice to chairman of Central Administrative Tribunal to showcause why contempt proceedings be not initiated against him for disobeying two of high court's order passed on petitions moved by whistleblower IFS officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi.
