Delhi HC Rejects Bayer’s Plea Against Dr Reddy's Launch of Xarelto - 30.11.2015

Delhi High Court has rejected injunction petition filed by German drug maker Bayer seeking direction for blocking Dr. Reddy's Labs from commercial launch of its patented anti-coagulant drug Xarelto.
