SC Dismisses Anil Kumar Yadav’s Plea against Allahabad HC Order - 30.11.2015

SC has dismissed UPPSC Chairperson Anil Kumar Yadav’s plea, whose appointment was held as "illegal" by the Allahabad High Court and upheld the high court order saying that the prescribed procedures have not been followed in his appointment.
