CIVIL - Triple Talaq and Companies (Amendment) Ordinance Gets President Ram Nath Kovind's Approval - 22.02.2019

President of India has given assent to The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Second Ordinance, 2019 (Ord. 4 of 2019) and The Companies (Amendment) Second Ordinance, 2019 (Ord. 6 of 2019).
