CIVIL - Why Check Dams are Not Constructed to Preserve Water: Madras HC - 22.02.2019

Madras High Court has posed a series of questions to government regarding check dams in state and observed that successive governments in Tamil Nadu have made no efforts to construct check dams across rivers in the state.
