CIVIL - If Earlier Counsel Not Discharged from Case New Advocate Needs NOC to Enter Appearence: Karnataka HC - 21.02.2019

Karnataka High Court has clarified that 'No Objection Certificate' from counsel holding vakalath is necessary for a new counsel to enter appearance in the case, if the previous counsel has not been discharged from the case.
