CIVIL - Delhi HC Tells CBSE, DU to Help Transgender Student Seeking Changes - 21.02.2019

Delhi High Court has directed Central Board of Secondary Education and Delhi University to work out a way to help a transgender student who is seeking change of name and gender, from male to female, in education records.
