CIVIL - Kerala HC Issues Guidelines for Appointment of Guardian to Patients Lying in State of Coma - 21.02.2019

Kerala High Court has observed that no specific provision is available in any statute to deal with procedure for appointment of Guardian to a victim lying in comatose state and issued guidelines to deal with procedure for appointment of guardian to a patient lying in comatose state.
