CIVIL - SC Sets Aside Uttarakhand HC Direction to Establish Permanent Bench of AFT in State - 21.02.2019

Supreme Court has set aside an order of Uttarakhand High Court that directed for establishment of a permanent Bench of Armed Forces Tribunal in the State of Uttarakhand.
