Delhi HC Notice to CBI over 2010 Commonwealth Games-Related Street Lighting Scam - 30.11.2015

Delhi HC has issued notice to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on bail application filed by Superintending Engineer of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, D.K. Sugan, convicted in 2010 Commonwealth Games-related street lighting scam.
