CIVIL - Fire Services, Agencies to be Liable for Violations in South Delhi Malls: Delhi HC - 20.02.2019

Delhi High Court has said that Delhi Development Authority (DDA), fire services and other agencies will be responsible for any violation of fire safety rules in Select City Walk and DLF malls in south Delhi.
