Chief secretary Malay Kumar De, DGP Virendera Kumar and Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar filed separate affidavits in the apex court on the contempt petition and tendered 'unconditional and unambiguous apology' for alleged disobedience of the court.
