National Anthem is Not Mandatory at State Functions: Madras HC - 18.02.2019

Madras High Court has dismissed a PIL seeking action against health secretary of Tamil Nadu for failing to make arrangements to play National Anthem at two recent state events that Prime Minister had participated in and held that playing National Anthem at all state functions is not mandatory.
